1. Collection, Processing and Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected through automatic or non-automatic methods, verbally, in writing, or electronically.
The personal data collected are processed in accordance with the conditions stipulated under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the purposes of enabling you to benefit from our services, protecting your rights and interests, fulfilling our legal obligations, and carrying out the necessary business processes.
2. Transfer of Personal Data and Purposes of Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred, solely within the framework of legal obligations and for limited purposes, to:
Our business partners,
Public institutions and organizations legally authorized to request such data,
Private legal entities,
Our business partners abroad, in cases where the legal services we provide are connected with foreign jurisdictions.
Such transfers are carried out in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
3. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data are collected verbally, in writing, or electronically in order to duly perform the legal services we provide, and to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. The data collected within this scope are processed on the legal grounds set forth under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK and may be transferred to third parties when necessary.
4. Rights of the Personal Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as personal data subjects, you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data are being processed,
Request information if your data have been processed,
Learn the purpose of the processing and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred, domestically or abroad,
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and request notification of such correction to third parties,
Request the deletion or destruction of your data within the limits of the law,
Object to any outcome that is unfavorable to you resulting from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.

Delivering a signed petition in person, or
Sending it by registered mail with return receipt, along with a photocopy of your identity card (only the front side of the ID card).
If the application is submitted on behalf of the data subject by another person, a special power of attorney issued by the data subject in favor of the applicant must be presented. Our Law Office may request additional information to confirm whether the applicant is indeed the data subject and may ask questions to clarify the matters specified in the application.
Your requests will be finalized as soon as possible, and in any event within thirty (30) days at the latest. Should fulfilling your request require an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
